How We Work
It depends on the size. A single room patch or repair can be done in 1-2 days. A full home (drywall + tape + paint) typically takes 1-3 weeks depending on square footage. We'll give you a timeline during the estimate.
Not necessarily. Many clients give us access and check in after work hours. We keep job sites clean and organized daily, so you can continue living in your home comfortably during the project.
Level 4 is the standard for most residential work — joints are taped, coated, and sanded smooth. Level 5 adds a skim coat over the entire surface, creating a perfectly uniform finish. Level 5 is recommended for areas with harsh lighting or glossy paint where imperfections would show.
Yes. We offer interior painting as part of our full-scope packages. Primer, hand-cut edges, and rolled walls with premium paints. Having one crew do both drywall and painting means smoother walls and a better finished product.
Yes. For repairs and patches, we match your existing wall texture — whether it's smooth, orange peel, knockdown, or something else. The goal is always to make the repair invisible.
Money & Timeline
We price by the project, not by the hour. After walking the job, we'll give you a flat price that covers materials and labor. You know exactly what you're paying before we start — no surprises.
For larger projects (new construction, full remodels), we typically ask for a deposit to cover material costs. The remaining balance is due upon completion. We'll discuss payment terms during the estimate.
It depends on our current schedule. For smaller jobs, we can often start within a few days. For larger projects, lead times are typically 1-2 weeks. Emergency repairs (water damage, etc.) are prioritized.
